1) Be sure you are logged into your account

2) Click the "Cart symbol" in the upper right on the page

3) Click the "Edit Your Address Book" on the left side of the page

4) Click the "blue page symbol" beside the address, confirm all information is complete including birthdate.  All address' in the address book must have a birthdate, so review each address and Click the "Save Edited Address" button after all entries.

6)  Click the "Back to Account" button and continue shopping or proceed to check out.
