Alexander Valley Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was one of the first wines we produced in 1975 and today it is still our flagship wine.

Year after year, we receive calls requesting older Cabernet Sauvignon. To celebrate Leap Year, we've listened and are offering 10 cases of the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon.  No other discounts apply to this wine due to limited quantity.

This vintage has all of the great characteristics that have made Cabernet Sauvignon our flagship wine. There is wonderful balance in the 2008 as well as soft tannins. The wine offers an enticing nose of black cherry and cassis with hints of eucalyptus and cocoa. In the glass, the 2008 delivers much more than what one might expect from a Cab so modestly priced, exhibiting rich flavors of cherry, chocolate and plum.

Please note:  Library wines are older bottles and may have some scuffs/marks on labels and/or capsules due to the age of the bottles.
